Or at least, that’s the attitude that got me here in the first place. True, low-fat cheese isn’t as good as regular cheese, but one thing I have learned in this weight loss journey is: TO BE ABLE TO SAY NO TO MYSELF. Just because I want something, doesn’t mean I have to have it.
